Description
Spike & the Gimme Gimmes are undoubtably the most fun cover band of all time. The band, previously known as "ME FIRST AND THE GIMME GIMMES" until last year, has truly earned the title of supergroup: each of the five founding members had already had a serious music career. Originally, Spike Slawson (Swingin' Utters), Fat Mike (NOFX), Chris Shiflett (Foo Fighters), Joey Cape (Lagwagon) and Dave Raun (Lagwagon) came together through their shared love of punk. The band now plays in changing lineup centered around singer Spike Slawson. Shit the Bed, the debut of Spike and the Gimme Gimmes is everything you want in a Gimmes' release. Instantly catchy and amazing musicianship; you'll love their takes on your favorite songs.
