Dead Winter Dead is the ninth studio album by heavy metal band Savatage, originally released in 1995. It is a concept album, that tells a story from the perspectives of a Serb boy, a Bosniak girl and an old man. The story of the album is set during the Bosnian War, which was ongoing at the time.
