Contains 'NEO-PLANT' composed, arranged, and produced by Ryuichi Sakamoto. The only album left by Koharu Kisaragi, who presided over the theater company 'NOISE', has been reprinted on an analog version. The title song 'Tokyo no Seikatsu' was composed, arranged, and produced by Yuji Takahashi. Furthermore, Ayu Takahashi and others participated. A masterpiece that finishes the entire album in the finest electro-avant-pop to ambient style.

Co-starred with Ryuichi Sakamoto on the NHK-FM Special Radio Theater 'Ryuichi Sakamoto and Koharu Kisaragi's Radio Performance 'Life' (broadcast in December 1985). In addition, he was active in many media as a host and commentator, and was an unparalleled playwright, director, and essayist who passed away suddenly at the age of 44.
