Jackas music is as welcoming as the man himself, but donat let it's easy-going nature fool you. Originally from Philadelphia and currently based on the outskirts of Nashville, he's been honing his singular voice and guitar playing prowess for over a decade, touring with his long time friends the West King String Band and, more recently, performing with Nick Shoulders. Yet after traveling endless miles and countless stages, he still makes time to sing a song all his own. What lies beneath the warm melodies and placid surface is the true heart of Jack Studer, a well of mischievous wit and fearless introspection. His songs stem from a place of seeking solitude in a reality of humming highways and whining airports & barrooms. Jack crafts songs that sit comfortably at the crossroads of road-worn storytelling and reflective solitude.
