Most of you are used to same day or next day shipping from us. Sale orders need some serious time to process. A weekend like this brings in more orders than we normally see in a month.

It's a long few weeks of picking before anything starts going out the door, and packing usually doesn't begin until two or three weeks in. Please have some patience with us. If the wait is going to be a problem, now is the time to reach out at support@plaidroomrecords.com.

Anyway, your tracking number is created when the label prints, which can be about a week before the box actually leaves us. So if it sits a few days without an update, no need to worry. It just hasn't gone out the door yet.

Do I need a discount code?

No. The 15% comes off automatically at checkout, and the tier discounts are already in the price shown on the page.

When exactly does it start and end?

Friday 9/18 at 12:00 PM Eastern through Sunday 9/20 at 11:59 PM Eastern. After that, prices go back to normal.

Can I combine orders?

If you place more than one, email support@plaidroomrecords.com with the order numbers and we’ll do our best to pack them together and refund the extra shipping.

Can I pick up in store?

Yep, choose local pickup at checkout. Please wait for the “order is ready for pickup” email before coming in. Until it arrives, your records haven’t been pulled yet. If you need yours sooner than that, email support@plaidroomrecords.com first and we can usually handle the request within 48 hours.

Is the sale on in the shop too?
