Record Store Day Black Friday 2026

• You probably don't need to line up early. Our goal is to bring in enough stock that you can spend Thursday evening at Thanksgiving with your family. Check the stock numbers on each title below to get an idea of whether you need to come early.
• The overnight wait list. Sometime Thursday evening (Thanksgiving) we'll put out a printed wait list for people staying overnight, so people waiting can go to the bathroom or sit in their car instead of standing in a line (there's no room for one in downtown Loveland). It's for people staying in the area. Don't sign the list and go home to come back later; if it's clear you've done that, we'll take you off it. It's there to be fair to the people who wait until we hand out numbers. Only our list counts: any unofficial list started by people in line before ours goes out won't be honored.
• Numbers. We start handing out numbers at the front door at 5am ET, and keep going until the line dies down. Once you have one, go get breakfast at Paxton's, coffee at Mile 42, or nap in your car. Come back when the "Now Serving" number at the top of this page gets close to yours. That's the point of it: you don't have to wait at the door, and we avoid a crowd there.
• Your number is the RSD list. It's a sheet of paper with every title on it. Fill it out and hand it to us when your number's getting close, and we'll pre-pick everything for you, so you don't have to hunt for anything.
• Doors open at 8am ET. We let in 10-25 people at a time, then it's one in, one out for a while.
• One copy of each RSD title per person.
• The shop closes for in-store shopping at 8pm ET.
• Everything that isn't RSD is 15% off, in store only.

• All remaining RSD stock goes on sale online at 8am ET.
• The shop is open normal hours, 11am-8pm ET.
• Everything that isn't RSD is 15% off in store, and online from 8am ET to 11:59pm.

• Your cart doesn't reserve anything. Like most online stores, a record isn't yours until checkout is finished.
• You might end up in a queue. Sometimes when the site's really busy, Shopify (who runs our site) puts folks in a queue. We're not the biggest fans of it either, but with the traffic the site gets that morning, it's sometimes necessary.
• Once checkout is done, your copy is yours. Your order confirmation means we've set it aside.
• One copy per title. We limit RSD titles to one copy each so they reach as many people as possible. Orders with more than one copy of a title can be cancelled immediately, and so can multiple orders that send copies of the same title to the same address.
• No international shipping on new vinyl, RSD included. A lot of our distributors have export restrictions, and we'd risk losing those accounts if we shipped overseas. Sorry!
• Shipping: allow up to 4 to 6 weeks. We get a LOT of orders in a short time, and we'll do our best to get them out the door as quickly as possible.
• "Label created" with no movement is normal. We print labels in batches ahead of time, and tracking won't move until the post office scans the box.
• Need to cancel? Email us any time before it ships. Refunds take a few business days.
• The 15% sale runs Saturday 8am ET to 11:59pm, online. It isn't applied to orders placed before it started, and other discount codes don't stack with it.
• Worried about seam splits? Leave an order note asking us to ship the records outside their jackets.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us with photos and your order number, and we'll do our best to make it right.

We can't take pre-orders or put RSD titles on hold for anyone, in person, by phone or by email. That's Record Store Day's rule, and we signed their pledge to get these records, so please don't ask.
